A Day at the Beach

Hand made using a shell found on our local Beach. Much searching goes in to the selection of “just the right” Shell. It must have an interesting or colourful pattern. It must be “just the right” size, thickness and shape.

once we have cleaned and checked the shell, Philip creates a custom made setting for each one. The re-cycled Sterling Silver helps to protect the edges of the shell and the wearer from damage and scratches. A Blue Topaz is selected to highlight our Blue sea, again bezel set to protect the gemstone. The Handmade Paperclip style Chain is chosen to allow focus on the Shell and Gemstone.
